Helping people who help people.
Evaluation comes in many shapes and sizes. The right approach for you and organization or program depends on the questions you’re trying to answer and the purposes you need your evaluation to serve. My approach is to work collaboratively with you to figure out what your unique evaluation needs and priorities are and what type of work will support them best. We’ll design projects that fit within your resources and support you in making key decisions about what to do next.
I offer a range of services, including evaluation needs assessment and strategy development, coaching and training in evaluative thinking and methods, and support with data collection, sense-making, and application of evaluation findings for strategic decision-making. I am available for workshops, particularly on developmental evaluation and evaluation in complexity.
My goal is to work with you to develop actionable insights connected to your mission and purpose and to promote organizational learning at all levels. If you are interested in knowing more, please use my contact page to get in touch.
I also frequently collaborate with other consultants both within and outside of the field of evaluation. If you’d like to work with me, please reach out and let me know what you’d like to work on together.
